Top rails are made of solid hard wood two-piece construction. T-nut attachments are sandwiched between the solid red oak cap and the lower sub-rail for a solid rail-to-bed connection. Rails are hand routered with a jig specifically designed and developed by the patent holder for a precise cut of the ellipse to ensure total accuracy of the K66 cushions which are required and approved by the BCA for tournament play.

Cabinet construction is of red oak with table bed supports of solid hardwoods.

Table top is made of 3/4 inch MDF board doubled in support areas and topped with a modern 1/4 inch high-impact resistant Lexan polycarbonate sheeting, (a state-of-the-art silicone hard-coat surface) for a 1 3/4 inch thick playing surface that will rival any slate bed.
